The Loan Payment Category dialog lets you change the category used to track the payments you make on this loan. If you would like track more detail about your loan payments, such as how much you pay in interest, set up a detailed loan reminder.
To change the loan payment category:
- At the top of the dialog is the name of the loan you are changing the loan payment category for.
- Select a new category from the Loan Payment drop-down.
- The new category will be used for all future loan payments.
