If your loan is transferred to a different service provider, you may need to change the payee name in Quicken. In addition, consider changing the name of the account to match by editing the account name.
- Open the loan account that you want to change the payee for.
- If necessary, click the Payment Details button.
- Click Edit payment details.
- In the Pay to field, enter the name of the new payee.
- Click OK.
