If you customized the invoice layout and changed the names of the column and field headings, it may be that the names you used are too long to fit into the available space. Try shortening the column and field headings.
- In the invoice form, scroll to the bottom of the Layout list and select Customize.
- In the Forms Designer, click Layout, select Open, select the layout you want, and click OK.
- To rename a column or field name, click the double arrow to the right of the layout field's name, and then enter a new name.
