- Choose Edit menu > Preferences.
- In the left pane, select Quicken ID , Sync & AlertsCloud Accounts.
- In the right pane, under Quicken Profile, click the click Update your Quicken Profile Information link.
- Sign in to the accounts page and Change Your contact information dialog, type or select The My Account page will appear. Select the contact information that you want to update in the appropriate fields.change:
- Change Name
- Change Email/Quicken ID
- Change Phone
- Change Address
- Enter your information and select Save ChangesClick OK.
