Today, for the financial institutions listed as Not Connected, you must leave Quicken and go to the correct page on your financial institution's website to update transactions and balances. When you activate these financial institutions for One Step Update:

• Downloading is integrated into the Quicken interface.
• Quicken can update transactions and balances for multiple accounts at different financial institutions all at once.
• For security and convenience, Quicken can store your financial institution passwords in a Password Vault that you access with a single master password.
• Your financial institution may permit you to pay bills, transfer money, and request customer service from within Quicken.

Your financial institution requires you to sign up for Quicken transaction download through One Step Update even if you already have a user name and password on their website. You may be charged a monthly fee for transaction download.
