Configure the following settings to sync your Quicken desktop data to your mobile device:

  1. In Quicken, choose Preferences > Mobile, Web and Alerts tab.
  2. Turn Mobile, Web and Alerts on.
  3. The Accounts tab displays all the cash, credit, loan and investment accounts that are synced by default. Uncheck the accounts you do not want to sync.
    • NOTE: Accounts connected using Quicken Connect may not be unchecked. However, if Mobile is set to OFF these accounts will not be accessible via mobile devices even though they are selected.
  4. On the Alerts tab, define the email alerts that you would like to receive.

Note: These alerts apply only to the accounts synced to the Quicken cloud.
