The calendar displays the total daily balance of all the accounts selected in your calendar settings. The balances for the current and past dates are actual. However, the future balances are projected based on your scheduled transactions.
This helps you to closely monitor the trend of the cash flow in your accounts. For example, if you have scheduled a daily transaction of $10, the cash balance displayed on your calendar will be decreased by $10 daily.
View your projected balances
The Quicken calendar also provides you a view of your projected balances or cash flow trends. You can create a custom calendar to view the trends in a specific account.
