The Credit Transaction History dialog displays customer information about the selected credit transaction and the amount of credit applied to invoices or paid by refunds.
- Open the account that you use to track this customer's payments and invoices.
- In the invoices/receivables register, select the credit whose payment history you want to see, and then and then double-click the word --Form-- in the Category field.
- Click Payment History.Quicken displays the invoices and refunds this credit has been applied to.
- Click Done to return to the credit.
