Use Quicken to download the prices for a market index, and then use the index price history as a benchmark against which to compare the performance of securities you own or watch.
- Click the Investing tab.
- Click the Tools button and choose Security List.
- Click Choose Market Indexes.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
