- Choose Tools menu > Account List.
- Click the Edit button next to the account you want to change.
- In the Account Details dialog, click Transaction Fees.
- Enter the interest rate of the bond in the penalties field.
- Use What Should I Sell to estimate your proceeds from an early sale.
