When your update completes you will see a Connectivity Status window. That window will let you know what accounts connected successfully. You may also see a Needs Attention panel that will inform you of any connectivity issues and suggest a resolution, such as Re-Enter Credentials. You can recall the Connectivity Status window by going to the menu bar at the top of the screen and selecting Window > Connectivity Status

Download transactions for a single account

  1. Select the account you want to update in the sidebar.
  2. From the Quicken menu, click Accounts > Update Selected Online Account.
    • In addition to updating the selected account, Quicken updates any other accounts you have at the same institution under the same user name. For example, suppose you have both a checking account and a savings account at Acme Bank, and you access both accounts with the same user name and password. If you open your checking account in Quicken and click Update, Quicken downloads your transactions for both the checking and the savings account.
    • This only happens for accounts under the same user name. For example, suppose both you and your spouse have checking accounts at Acme Bank, and you are tracking both of those accounts in Quicken, but you use different user names and passwords to access your accounts. In that case, when you open your checking account in Quicken and click Update, Quicken only downloads data for your checking account and not your spouse's.
