Budget preferences

The Budget Preferences dialog lets you exclude savings account transfers from your budget. The selections you make are applied to all of the budgets in your current data file.

Things you can do here:

• Exclude savings to savings account transfers from your budgets

  Many people do not consider moving money from one savings account to another savings account a "budgetable" event. If you feel similarly, select Don't include savings account to savings account transfers.

• Exclude savings to savings goal transfers from your budgets

  Many people think of a savings goal as a type of savings account. As such, they do not consider the transfer of money from a savings account to a savings goal a "budgetable" event. If feel the same way, select Don't include savings account to savings goal transfers.
